Do I have to buy anything?
No. The fit note and swatch library are free. A specialist calls to help you choose, and you can leave it there or come back when you are ready.
How long does delivery take?
Every piece is made to order. Allow 16 to 20 weeks door to door. White-glove delivery to your room, US$350. Your specialist will talk through timing and access with you.
Can I see the leather first?
Yes. Your swatch library shows all 30 hides, photographed from the physical samples. A specialist can talk through the colours with you. Screens and room lighting affect colour, so use the library as a starting point.
What if it will not fit?
We will look at another piece in the range. Before you order, check the wall space, door openings, hallway turns and stairs against the exact dimensions. Your specialist can help you work through that check.
Is this for businesses too?
Yes. We can help with a reception area, boardroom or another business space, as well as home use. Rumpus pieces carry a three-year warranty. Hire use is excluded.
